Photos of my favorite and most awe-inspiring places!

South Rim National Park  -  Grand Canyon

Badwater Basin  -  Death Valley National Park
This is where the hottest recorded temperature
on the earth was recorded on July 10, 1913;
 134 degrees fahrenheit!

Toroweap  -  North Rim of the Grand Canyon
The Colorado River is 3000' below!

Climbing Mt. Whitney with my sons.
This is oldest son Trevor and son-in-law Steve.

 On the descent of Mt. Whitney.
 (14,500')
Interestingly, the summit of Mt. Whitney (highest point in the
continental US)  is only 70 miles from Bad-water Basin in Death Valley.
(283 feet below sea-level -  lowest point in North America)
