In the first blog post are the words to the poem, "Beauty of the Earth, Grandeur of the Sea. In the second stanza it talks about how I can see Gods love in, "each resplendent shell." Here is the reason why:
As a young boy, our family bought a small collection of sea shells at Scripps Institute of Oceanography in southern California. I thought that they were neat until I moved to Guam in the Western Pacific as a Japanese Speaking dive instructor and saw some of the most unbelievably beautiful sea shells I had ever seen. Our family spent hours and hours beach-combing on the beaches of Guam. The next 7 shells are among my most favorite shells. SCUBA diving in completely clear water with a bright sun shining and finding sea shells on a pure white sandy flat on the sea floor is awesome!
